our group of 9 didn’t want to leave this gorgeous villa. we would absolutely re-book! Zoi’s villa is peaceful and comfortable, convenient and appointed with many luxuries. the pool was the perfect temp for summer weather, our kids played all the games provided (chess, etc). we saw wild horses! the villa is a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to the Katelios beachfront row of eateries & shops. nightlife is fun & lively. the villa is also surrounded by lush landscape—grape vines, fig trees, pine trees, olive trees, and you can see the Ionian Sea from the villa. Zoi and Nektaria went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. responsiveness rate of 300%. communication was easy, *when* we needed to contact our host, but Zoi anticipated and prepared the house for every guest to have what they needed. we felt as if we were treated as family. Zoi & Nektaria were totally invested in our experience, to make it the best it could be. everything was beautiful.

La maison de Dionysis est très bien équipée, il y a une vue magnifique et Bia la maman de Dionysis nous a beaucoup gâté nous avons eu de très bons fruits, de l'huile d'olive, des confitures maison dont une excellente confiture de mandarines. Les petites chattes viennent vous dire bonjour. Avec une voiture de chez Dionysis on peut visiter toute l'île qui est vraiment magnifique.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, peaceful villa. It looked just like the photos and had everything we needed, even some snacks and a bottle of wine on our arrival. The location was perfect. Stunning views from the pool, Isolated enough to feel quiet and private, but only a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. Our host was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. She also responded quickly when we had a minor issue and got it sorted right away. Much appreciated! It's worth noting that the advertised jacuzzi is not a hot tub, only jets in the unheated pool. We were slightly disappointed to discover this, but it did not detract from our stay at all

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

Siamo stati incredibilmente bene presso la casa di Marios: la casa era funzionale e pulitissima e molto comoda per visitare buona parte dell'isola. Il giardino poi è qualcosa di fantastico da godere durante tutta la giornata. Marios è stato un host disponibile e sempre attento a chiederci ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo molto felici di aver trovato questo posto per le nostre vacanze a Cefalonia e lo consigliamo a tutti!

Exceeded expectations! The villa is modern and spotlessly clean, nestled in the peaceful mountains of Kefalonia. Every room has its own private bathroom and terrace with a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos. Solmar villas is constantly available via a phone number and there is also a local host that takes care of you. There is a ton of amenities like a wine cooler and a range of modern appliances. The beds were comfortable and the linen was changed by and external cleaning company once during our one week stay. The entire villa is cooled by an efficient and quiet air conditioning system. I cannot wait to book this villa again. 🥳

Alloggio immerso nella natura tra gli ulivi, un limone, un pesco e le verdure dell’orto. Pulizia e comfort impeccabili! Parcheggio in cortile. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (anche se la strada è piuttosto ripida, consiglio in auto - 3 minuti max! -). L’host e la sua famiglia sono disponibili e teneri!

A fabulous place to stay! The views are great. Loved the massive swing bed on the balcony!
