Cottage holiday rentals in Fannin County

We loved our stay here from beginning to end! Very clean and neat space, had all we needed. The location is very private and beautiful. We enjoyed driving out to the town to shop and eat. I highly recommend “Rum Cake Lady Cuban Cafe” the food was really good. This Airbnb is so worth it, you won’t be disappointed! And with a Walmart so nearby, you can’t beat that! Go head and book it! We loved it so much we plan on coming back!!! Hot tub was perfect and very relaxing!!! Oh and the bed was so comfortable… I just can’t say enough about how great this Airbnb place is. The pictures don’t do it justice and my words just fall short. Thanks Evolve for such an AWESOME place. 100% recommend 🤗

Great place

We had a great time at Sunny Side Up Cottage! The entire cottage was so cozy and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Ellijay. Driving from the cottage to the downtown area was just over a five minute commute. We had great food at River Street Tavern and Butcher and Bottle in addition to tasting delicious ciders at Reece’s and beers at Cartecay Brewing. We were in town to visit family and had a great day trip in Blue Ridge riding the train and doing some shopping as well. We didn’t have great weather during our stay, but being able to sit and listen to the rain fall was so peaceful. The outdoor deck area was awesome and very serene. The driveway is steep and it is a little tough to see when it’s dark out but we did not have any issues getting in or out. Kimberly sent clear, detailed instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town! Thank you!

Great location and very peaceful. Short walk to the lake. Well equipped cabin and is very clean and comfortable. Great comma from the host. No issues during the stay.

The cabin is beautiful and feels like home. With amazing views, the feeling of being deep in the woods, and all of the amenities this place was just what we needed for both a relaxing and adventurous vacation. We loved the decorations and enjoyed ourselves in the amazing game room downstairs. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck while taking in the views and there was even a private hiking trail on the property. It is also very close to other hiking trails and waterfalls in the area, as well as close to shopping and dining in Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We will definitely stay here again!

Great food, beautiful scenery and the kindest people! We had such a great time, we did not want to leave. We had many hiccups during our 14 hour adventure and Rachel was so helpful when she could be. She is very responsive, reasonable and understanding. She also gives great recommendations! The cottage was so cute! Our kids loved it and they even slept in!! We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub and watched the firefly’s. We enjoyed seeing turkeys, woodchucks, deer and we even got lucky enough to see a bear! My girls loved playing in the creek and looking for snails in the forest while enjoying the trails. The waterfalls are right down the road and so gorgeous! I could go on and on about all the cool things we got to see! If looking to dine out you have to check out Toccoa Riverside Restaurant and if you have kids travel just north and check out LillyPad Mini Golf, Fishing and Gem Mining they are so fun and great with kids. We will be back!! ❤️

Beautiful setting right by Coopers Creek, very relaxing

A perfect place to have a peaceful weekend stay and not too far from downtown Ellijay.

Wow! This is hands down a fantastic spot to escape the busyness of life. The drive from Atlanta is manageable, making it an easy getaway. The city of Ellijay may be small, but it’s packed with charm. Don’t overlook its great food options and fun, unique shops. The nearby wineries are within a short drive and add a delightful touch to the trip. The house itself is vibrant and full of character, perfectly complemented by a stunning natural backdrop that immerses you in the beauty of Mother Nature. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend stay! The property is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked; and the extras such as makeup remover wipes, and plenty of washcloths, towels, and blankets were nice touches. We would definitely stay here again! The creek is beautiful and so peaceful.

Adorable cabin with every amenity you can imagine! If you are a dog lover or owner, this is the perfect place to stay. We stayed for an entire week here with our 3 dogs and we all had a wonderful time. The dogs got to play with all of the provided toys both inside and out and run freely in the fenced in yard. The whole town seemed to be dog friendly and accept pets. Many restaurants and wineries and other attractions allowed pets to visit. Andrea is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back and stay again!

We had a great time time at Lane’s cottage. Lane is a fantastic host, she responded quickly to all messages I sent during our stay. The cottage is beautiful, updated and very clean. I will definitely return when I’m in the area again. Definitely a great place to spend time with family or friends!

We had a retreat using a couple of rentals in the area. This house was perfect for our group of girls. Chernell was amazing with quick responses and incredibly easy to work with. I would recommend her property for a large group or family.

The Mad Hatter Cottage was beautiful! The swing in the back has an open screen so that you can hear the water running. The place was immaculately clean and there are so many fun decorations to discover in and outside the home. It’s also a very short and easy drive to town, maybe 10-15 minutes or so. It was worth every penny staying here and we will absolutely be coming back!

This was a nice little peaceful spot, close to town and very cozy home for the weekend. It had all the essentials, good AC, a comfy bed, and a great location. There's a full kitchen, everything is clean and well decorated and there's space enough for 5 adults and a pup. We loved our time in Blue Ridge!

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable inside and the porch was a peaceful place to read and listen to the water running over the rocks in the creek. Close to restaurants and shopping in Blue Ridge. Perfect location for our anniversary weekend! We will keep this one on our list.

Great location to downtown and 20 minute drive to Ellijay. They gave a lot of great reviews for places to visit while staying. 10 minute drive to a beach as well. Cozy and relaxing!

Beautiful cozy cabin, lots of deer all around!! Had deer grazing 20yds from the hot tub while we relaxed in the evening!!! Only advise is to use waze app to find the cabin. Google maps wasnt working well and tried to take us way out of the way! Susan was very responsive to answer questions! Thank you for a great stay! We would love to come back again!

Very convenient with homey feel vs staying in a hotel.

Such an excellent locale for a cottage in the mountains, next to everything we needed. Home was clean and tidy and very welcoming.

Amazingly zen experience. Beautiful simple home. Kind of a “Pottery-barn” cool (if Pottery Barn still considered cool?). Everything so comfortable and peaceful. Can’t say enough about this much needed vacation for our little family.
