The cottage is located in a small cottage town close to a small green area on one side and Helle Hallen's many facilities and café on the other side. It is 800 meters to Denmark's most amazing white sandy beach and 900 meters to Blåvand town, which offers several shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
