Very nice and modern flat that didn‘t leave any wishes open! Extremely warm welcome and great tipps for the area to experience lovely Porto.

Das Apartment und die Lage bzw. der Blick und die Ausstattung waren super. Allerdings gehört zur Wahrheit, das Drumherum gerade viel gebaut wird. Dafür kann der Gastgeber nicht, aber es entsteht ein komplett neues Viertel und auf dem Balkon bekommt man es von Montag-Samstag bis 19h mit. Im Apartment bekommt man es so gut wie nicht mit. Daher 5 Sterne mit Einschränkung von uns.

If I were to own a place in Porto this is the one I would want! Centrally located, within a short walk to all the major sights, it is on the top two floors on a corner with a terrace on both sides, great views in both directions, sun all day and as much privacy as you could hope for in the middle of a city. The classical building is beautifully restored. The apartment has superb minimalist detailing of the modern insertions: en suites, bathroom, kitchen and stair. It is excellent thermally. In mid-July the cool evenings balanced the warm days and with one bedroom window ajar at night we did not need the air-conditioning even on the upper living level. However you might want the well sealed external doors and windows closed for early morning garbage collections, and possibly for the street performers below during the afternoon and early evening but mostly we enjoyed the music and liveliness. It is expensive but worth it for the quality, especially if you need the second bedroom.

View was unbelievable especially evening. Location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were able to have a nice quiet evening. If no car not as convenient since everything is a bit far. For us price was worth it. Enough rooms, bathrooms and beds. The lady who met us during check in was very helpful and responsive. I feel she made the experience a lot more easier for the whole stay

Staying in Gaia on our visit to Porto was the right call for us. Beautiful sunset views, in my opinion better than the park or the bridge - right from the bedroom balcony - 9th floor. Just a few minute walk to Dom Luis bridge, 10-20 minutes down to the port warehouses and docks. Easy/lovely cross to Porto waterfront. Very comfortable - this place worked great and Sonia is very helpful and communicative.

Incredible location & everything we needed for a 3 day weekend visit

We really enjoyed staying at Claudia’s place. It was perfection - location, cleanliness, communication, clear instructions, ample supply of creature comforts. It’s on a historical street where Santiago de Compostela hikers come through. Can’t say enough good things about this unit. We would love to stay here again if we visit Porto again, highly recommend it.

위치 정말 최고였고, 뷰도 너무 좋았어요. 인테리어도 군더더기 없이 예뻐서 머무는 동안 기분이 좋았어요. 그릇 등도 너무 잘 준비되어 있고, 언제든 마실 수 있는 와인도 감사했어요. 의사소통도 명쾌하고 빨랐습니다. 움직일 수 있는 샤워기가 없는 것만 아쉬웠습니다. 추천합니다!

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. es sind vier richtig schöne Doppelzimmer, also für bis zu 8 Personen richtig gut geeignet. Drei Badezimmer, eine große und richtig gut ausgestattete Küche und das Highlight: riesiges Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön angelegt (und es gibt bald auch einen Pool!). Die Lage ist in Ordnung (reine Wohngegend), aber man kann direkt vom Haus sehr schön spazieren und Fahrrad fahren. In 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer und in 45 Minuten in Porto. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und absolut zu empfehlen!

Was een heel fijne, rustige en vooral mooie locatie. Weg van de drukte, maar toch niet ver als je iets nodig hebt. En Silvio was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Een heel goed verblijf gehad!

This historic farmhouse was one of the most charming places we’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully renovated, with impeccable taste and attention to detail, Casa Pedro e Ines was an oasis where we could relax and get away from the busy city bustle. The host, Ana, was very responsive, helpful, and kind. She welcomed us at the house and showed us around. I highly recommend this host, and will stay here again during our future travels.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Eusébio. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool ist super zum entspannen. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Fluss, der am Anwesen vorbeifließt. Hier kann man mit dem Tretboot oder Standup paddle-Board fahren (kann man sich vor Ort ausleihen). Eusébio ist seh nett und hilfsbereit!

Beautiful spot, incredible views, lovely pool. Lots of steep hills around there but Porto is a great Uber city so that’s not a problem. Second bedroom isn’t super private but otherwise it’s perfect. Would definitely book again.

Très belle villa , l’extérieur avec ses multiples terrasses et sa piscine est un véritable havre de paix . Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés . On trouve toutes les commodités ( lave linge , fer à repasser, dolce gusto …) pour y passer un très bon séjour . De plus Ema et ses équipes sont très accueillantes . Seul point de vigilance, il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé car la villa est assez isolée. En bref je recommande ! 😊

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Home Essences. We found it even better than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The set up was perfect. We found it clean and well stocked and would not hesitate to return if given the chance. Joana was an excellent host - very helpful and responsive!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pasamos 4 días muy agradables en el apartamento, que está muy bien situado en el centro de Matosinhos y cuenta con todo tipo de negocios cerca (también la playa!). Está muy bien para una pareja o una persona sola. Y Fernando, el anfitrión, te dará toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de tu estancia, y estará pendiente para resolver cualquier asunto que sirva para hacer aún más satisfactorio tu viaje. En resumen, una gran experiencia!

Dal 22 al 29 maggio, con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina e nel bagno sono nuovi. Tutta la biancheria, da letto e da bagno, è stata disponibile e perfetta. Letto matrimoniale comodo e grande Inoltre in casa c'è un wi-fi perfetto e veloce e due condizionatori nuovi L'alloggio si trova vicino a Campanha, in una zona tranquilla ed il condominio è molto silenzioso. David è stato gentile e disponibile rispondendo immediatamente alle nostre domande Soggiorno da rifare sicuramente ... Consigliatissimo. Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist nur weiterzuempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist super schön - groß für zwei Personen, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Auch der Weg in die Stadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist mit etwas Fußmarsch gut machbar. Nuno als Vermieter ist ebenfalls klasse, er hat uns super viele nützliche Tipps gegeben und war schnell zu erreichen. Eine Parkplatz Empfehlung ist definitiv das kleine Parkhaus weiter die Straße hoch (Nr. 520 in etwa). Das AurBnB hat zu einer tollen Zeit in Porto beigetragen.
