Fred’s place was great! Quiet, clean, nice walkable neighborhood. Parking everywhere and on a corner lot which is nice.

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The area is peaceful with restaurants just around the corner and a lake! The amenities were great too. The host is great. Communicates really well and the place was as described.

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

This place was clean, spacious and perfect for our quick weekend trip. Host greeted us with some cocktails and snacks. The host was very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend and will stay there when next I'm in the area.

Love this place! The pool is fantastic, great downtown Lewisville location and he was very responsive when I had a few hiccups. Would love to stay again

The space is great! Please be mindful of parking space in the driveway. This is shared with the neighbor. The Neighbor will have an issue with this and make sure not to park in front of her house either. She didn’t come out friendly at all but we knew that we didn’t come to someone’s else property and not treat it like our own. Respectful and class will always be shown. The property accommodated our family. The host was in contact with us the entire time. Jay answered all questions and made it easy. Checking in and out. They had more than enough towels in the laundry room cabinets and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. I overall loved it and follow the rules given and it was no problems. Definitely recommend again for family or work event.

We came for a baseball tournament and really loved Lilly’s place. She checked in on us several times just to make sure we were good to go. I wish our baseball schedule would have allowed us to fish, there’s always next time. We would definitely stay here again! Great place!!!

Such a fun place with plenty to keep the family entertained. Fully equipped kitchen with every little detail meticulously thought of, including labeling cabinets for spare batteries! Great location and beautiful home!

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless and so well taken care of — it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was not only incredibly clean, but also beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. All the necessities were thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels and toiletries, which made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Our group of six had a fantastic experience at Mary's Airbnb! The house was spotless, offered plenty of space, and was very comfortable. The large backyard was a major plus for us and our small dog. Mary was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue upon arrival (which was our fault!). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

This house and location was great for our family gathering and wedding location close by. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the cyclist and runners go down to the trail. We rented bikes and road around the lake multiple times. The downside was, low on toilet paper, kleenex, and towels. We restocked and washed some towels for use. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again! Lisa

What a peaceful, beautiful getaway in a tree-filled place at the lake. The house was appointed beautifully, with everything I needed for my stay. Fences porches on both floors made it possible to sit outside without being eaten by mosquitoes. Fabulous jetted tub! Multiple baths each day. My dog loved it too.
