Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

Welcome to beautiful Valleviken. Here you live in the middle of the village with a Bullerby feeling and have walking distance to swimming, restaurant and marina. The beach is shallow and if you want to swim in deep water, you can swim in the harbor. In the area, there are nice hiking and biking trails with beautiful nature and rich bird life. Valleviken is about 50 km from Visby. In Fårösund (14 km) there is food and a ferry to Fårö.
