Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Enjoy a peaceful night in the country at the Farmhouse! Stay on 26 sprawling acres with hilltop views you can’t find just anywhere. We are building a pick-your-own blueberry farm set to open in June of 2024. The Farmhouse is the perfect retreat that you’ll have all to yourself. We do not live onsite, but are nearby for anything you may need.
