My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The host was very friendly and responsive, we had everything we needed and more left in the house for us. We even got to enjoy some tea each night from the kitchen. Our host was very intentional in setting up the house, we truly couldn’t ask for a better stay. We would definitely return for another trip :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

It was just what we needed. It was so relaxing. It was Homie quaint it was nicely dated very convenient full kitchen drawing room or sitting room. The lake is literally maybe 45 steps away which brings you three docs and any color kayak you want lifejackets you know safety first and great bass fishing. It was beautiful. I enjoyed the R&R honestly it was for anniversary/Mother’s Day so it was very peaceful. The bed is so comfortable. It was just a wonderful time. Beautiful couch very comfortable. You can fit too. You wanna lay down and watch a movie. Plenty of places to eat little stores to run to. It was really nice. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

A great location and exceptionally clean, with small details like snacks and wine available. Very comfortable beds, a deep tub and good vibes.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked with the essentials. We stayed for the weekend for a wedding nearby. Easy to find, great space, helpful host! Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, it’s an older farmhouse but great inside. Will stay again.

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb‘s. I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning. A river runs right behind the house and you can listen to it as you fall asleep. The sun comes in the afternoon and lights up everything. Tami is a great host Who will make everything right. The house is stocked better than pretty much any house I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend this home. It is a treasure.

Beautiful place to stay nearby a picturesque river and close to skiing. Michael is a communicative and accommodating host. Kingfield is a charming town. We appreciated that they had cable as well – rare for an AirBNB.

We chose this home because we were seeing a show at the Waterville Opera House. It was close by. The house is set back and very quiet and comfortable.i loved the bed we slept in. Nice big bathroom. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

Good location, easy access to the hill by either driving or shuttle. The condo was fine for our group of four. Kitchen had everything to cook for that many. Very comfortable. thanks

Great place to stay so close to Sunday river! Wonderful to be within close driving distance of the mountain. Comfortably slept 4 people for a weekend. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here for a ski trip or whatever else.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Diane's. Not far from the Oakland Overlook, great view for while you're there. Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

This is a fantastic location for a Sugarloaf vacation for a family. The rooms are great. Great kitchen. Great host. Would definitely try to book it again next season.
