Spring Valley Ranch Rock House

This quaint farmhouse is located just off of MO Hwy 72 on a 62 acre farm nestled against the Castor River. Here you and your companion(s) can experience the quiet and relaxing life on a farm with plenty of adventure awaiting just around the bend. Sit and enjoy a sip of coffee or tea on the front porch while watching the cattle graze the pasture across the road next to a rustic white barn or venture about 3 miles to the largest privately owned lake in Madison County. Oh yes, enjoy your stay!

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

The TreeLoft is a custom built luxury treehouse for two nestled in the eastern part of the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy the gas fireplace for a cozy evening ambiance, a private hot tub under the stars, roasting s'mores over an evening fire or an early morning soak in the free standing tub. All of this is located within 20-45 minute scenic drive of hiking trails, wineries, and restaurants . Come and have some fun at our semi- private cabin that sits on a stocked pond. We are dog friendly only. This property has 2 additional cabins and 2 houses available if needed. Each space has 5 acres creating a semi private experience to relax and enjoy the outdoors. ***please note due to drought, pond levels are extremely low.****
