Spacious 4 bedroom house with large yard and deck overlooking the farm. Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake.
