One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, & bedroom which has a desk, king size bed, & spacious closet. A pack n play & a twin mattress are also available. We allow guests to enjoy our breezeway porch that has an outdoor fireplace & a view into the wooded backyard that extends for 12 acres. We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport, & near several wedding venues. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!

This enchanting cabin, nestled in the trees, is all yours with a stunning view of the the lake from the living room or from the hot tub on the deck. The fireflies really do visit at dusk in the warmer months! The indoor space is wide open, cozy and very comfortable.
