Family-friendly holiday rentals in Faro

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

Paulo is a fantastic host, our very first Air bnb ! We would definitely recommend as it was just the perfect holiday for us! Lots of walks and beaches are beautiful, all within a few minutes walk. A great small supermarket with Coffee bar again just a few minutes walk. Brilliant , loved it!

Es war eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Sie war groß für zwei Personen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Having been to Tavira before I knew exactly where the house was situated. I needed accommodation for my brother and I plus our father and his companion, both mid eighties. The location was absolutely perfect being right in the centre of town and with its lovely balconies offering an outside space perfect for “people watching “ to keep the interest for the older generation. Plenty of bars, restaurants, patisserie’s and shops all a nearby level walk. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms a nice size and whilst it would be difficult for a disabled person with the internal steps it was fine for our 87 year olds. One flight up to the living area which also has a shower room and one more to the next level with two bedrooms with a shared balcony and then another to the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend and return. Many Thanks

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. We would definitely stay again when in the beautiful Algarve! Thanks, Mia

The location was easy to find and it was a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. The host, Rossimery, was very responsive. Our flight arrived later than expected and she was there to greet us even though it was close to 11pm at night. She was very understanding about the late arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the views are great! The location was also amazing, just a short 5 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping. We would stay here again.

Ma famille et moi avons adoré séjourner dans le logement de Vitor. Nous avons reçu un panier d’accueil avec une pensée pour nos enfants. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos et l’espace extérieur est tout simplement magique et très apprécié autant par les grands que les petits. Le village de Fuz se fait très rapidement en voiture. Endroit idéale pour se reposer et avoir une peu d’intimité en famille.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Pedro. L’appartement est juste sublime, on s’y sentait tellement bien que nous somme même partis avec un peu de tristesse. Le logement est lumineux,chaleureux ,spacieux. Nous y sommes allés avec notre petite fille de 14 mois tout était parfait pour elle aussi jeux enfant, vaisselle bébé, lit bébé, chaise haute, baby phone, baignoire bébé. Nous étions vraiment comme à la maison. La vue sur la ville et la plage était magnifique aussi. Un vrai dépaysement pour nous. L’environnement est génial il y a tout à proximité. Plage, piscine, magasin, De quoi retirer de l’argent en liquide en bas de l’immeuble. Tout était vraiment impeccable. Merci beaucoup Pedro pour votre disponibilité, votre réactivité et votre rapidité pour répondre au message. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans un de vos logements bientôt nous en gardons de magnifiques souvenirs.

Honestly, I can’t say enough about Ana on how she went above and beyond to make my weekend celebrating my birthday and bachelorette with my friends special! She went as far as to in on the surprise to ensure that I was completely blown away! The villa is spectacular and my only regret is the number of balloons we left lying around when we left (sorry Ana). The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, great convenient location with a grocery store and cafes nearby. Also wasn’t too far to get to the main strip! I highly recommend booking this gorgeous villa!

Incroyable séjour au logement d’Adriana! Tout était propre et que dire de la vue…🤩 L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage ainsi que des rues touristiques avec tous les restaurants, mais assez éloigné pour dormir tranquille. Je recommande à 100%. Notre hôte était très accueillante et a l’écoute, j’y retournerais à tout moment.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and you can really feel the care that’s gone into creating such a welcoming environment. One of the unexpected highlights was getting to meet their three lovely dogs – Nuts, Thelma, and Louise. Each of them has such a sweet personality, and they added so much warmth and character to our stay. Thank you for the incredible hospitality – I hope to return again soon!

We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

This was our 5th stay at the old village but first with Joanna. Apartment was lovely, really clean and well maintained. We loved the location right next to Artisan bar and pool. Joanna was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. My only criticism is the beds in the second bedroom weren’t very comfy. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Das AirBnB war echt traumhaft. Tolle Lage, schönes Grundstück mit traumhaftem Pool und toller Outdoor-Küche mitten in der Natur. Wer Tiere (so wie wir) liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Birgit war eine super sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir haben von ihr super gute Tipps für die Gegend (Strände und Essens-Spots) bekommen und konnten die Algarve so perfekt erkunden. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und sind traurig, dass wir nach einer super schönen Woche wieder abreisen mussten. Die Quinta Avalon ist eine echte Herzens-Empfehlung, besonders auch wegen den Hunden und Katzen, für die Birgit ein tolles Zuhause bietet. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut ihr Gast zu sein und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße

Le logement est très bien équipé et très bien situé face à la mer. Un parking accessible facilement. La literie est très confortable et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sous le soleil Portugais.

We stayed in Rafaels villa for a month, and we would return in a heartbeat. Our stay felt like home from home. The villa is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything we needed (no feedback required), and the garden is the perfect private and peaceful place to relax (Pics do not do justice). Great location with restaurants, and supermarkets a short stroll away, and the marina and Albufeira town a very short drive. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond with tips, guidance and thought we were crazy with the amount we used his bikes. A definite recommendation if you manage to get availability.

Super Kommunikation mit Pedro. Immer eine schnelle Antwort bekommen. Sehr leicht zu erreichen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Check-In war super einfach. Wir haben 6 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. (Hätten auch gerne mehr verbracht) Es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Besonders gut fanden wir die ruhige Umgebung. 3 Swimmingpools und ein kleine Kinder/Babybecken. Sehr schöner Strand. War alles super. Vielen dank an Pedro.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus von Lina und Helge war ein Traum: Abseits vom frenetischen Algarve-Tourismus hat uns die Nachbarin herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns heimisch fühlen lassen. Wir haben den Pool genossen, den Blick vom Schreibtisch aus über die Hügel, haben im überschatteten Hof Karten gespielt und uns herrlich entspannt. Die wunderschönen Strände entdeckten wir von hier aus ohne Probleme. Die Kochinsel lud zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein, die Musikbox dudelte dazu unsere Portugal-playlist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hoffen darauf, wieder einmal zurück zu kehren.

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!
