In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
