In our adjoining home, there is a spacious and cozy protected area with easy and quick access. In addition, the unit is located on a slope behind two retaining walls and faces south, so it is in a protected area. The community is secured with a tour and we will watch security cameras. In the courtyards, you will find a pool and a Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a terrace with grass. In addition, a particularly double corner for your morning coffee. The house has air conditioning in all rooms. The house is perfect for families with children.
