Living in Dakar, we had a lovely long weekend in Palmarin, cut off from urban life in calm and nature. The sea view is very peaceful. The manager is very available and attentive. The house has the essentials. We had a real relaxing time, we recommend it! Tips/Practical info: 1/ If you do not have enough to eat for your arrival, remember to notify the manager the day before to be able to book dishes in the local restaurant! (otherwise it is possible that the restaurant does not have enough to prepare you to eat, it is normal, it is village life a little far from the tourist areas:) ). 2/ Don't expect to capture the 4G network in the house, but rather a few streets further away (but a priori that's not what you pick up when you rent here;) )

A small house set by the water, like a well kept secret between sea and mangrove. The weather slows down, the kids run barefoot, and every sunrise seems to whisper that you're exactly where you need to be. A haven of peace, wild and sublime, which one leaves with regret... but with the heart already turned towards the next return. We loved it!! Thank you for welcoming the staff as discreet as we were kind.

Really perfect! We recommend 1000 times and would have liked to have stayed longer! Daouda is very responsive and the caretakers on site are so adorable and kind. They have their heart on their hands and do everything they can to do you a favor. In addition to going to a very clean, new and beautiful accommodation, we had a very nice stay in Foundioune in the heart of the village in very good company of the 2 caretakers who are locals. They welcomed us, offered to visit the village, they were very good company, they even brought us delicious meals and not expensive at all. Very endearing people! The Saloum River is a stone's throw from the property, the Fathala safari is close by and you will be quiet! In short, it was a great stay and experience, go for it!!
