In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). This unique accommodation has a style all its own and is located on the first floor of Villa Maiano in Fauglia. You sleep on a lovely box spring, and there is a sofa bed for a third person. Kitchen with induction hob with extractor and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet shower and washbasin. In the garden, there is a pergola with dining tables and an outdoor kitchen. The new swimming pool has beautiful views over the valley and the Apennines.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
