Simple, small apartment in Fauske which is peacefully located in the immediate vicinity of the train station, Europavei 6 (E6) and most of what a nature lover can wish for; Bodø, with everything it can offer (city life, mountain trips, ferry to Lofoten and Kjerringøy), is 45 minutes away (train/bus/car) Sulitjelma and Junkerdal National Park are half an hour's drive away, while Straumen and Rago National Park are about a quarter of an hour's drive away. Here you can find everything from fishing waters to hiking trails into the mountains and towards Sweden.

Great cottage yard in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. There are also many opportunities for activities such as Finnvali Nature Park with fishing in trout water where there is boat and canoe rental. Alpine facilities are about 5 min drive away. It is a 10 min. drive to Beiarfjellet, which is an attractive hiking area in summer and winter. If you drive further, you will end up in Beiarn. There is a lot of information about things to do in Beiarn on the website of «Beiarpuls.no». There is, among other things, a significant salmon river.

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoying the views and observing the wildlife. Good with space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is to be brought, but we make sure that there are several liters available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

How about a trip to Jakobsbakken, an old mining village in the high mountains? Or just take advantage of the unique lighting conditions and explore the starry sky and the northern lights? The apartment has a king size bed and a 120 cm bed. A cot can be added if needed. Setså is located in the middle of the towns of Fauske and Rognan, and 6.8 miles from Bodø, and 6.3 miles from Saltstraumen. Setså is a natural starting point for seeing the sights of Salten and all its history, including the Blood Road Museum, the war cemetery in Botn, the exit to the former mining community in Sulitjelma, or just a few nights of peace and quiet before you move on to the next destination.

Fantastisk turområde både sommer og vinter. Fiske, bærplukking, sopp-sanking, lokalmat. 10 min til Valnesfjord, med matbutikk, kafe osv. 20 min til Fauske. 35 min til Bodø.
