Simple, small apartment at Fauske that is peacefully located in the immediate vicinity of the train station, Europavei 6 (E6) and most things a nature lover can wish for; Bodø, with everything it can offer (city life, mountain trips, ferry to Lofoten and Kjerringøy), is 45 minutes away (train/ bus/ car) Sulitjelma and Junkerdal National Park are half an hour's drive away, while Straumen and Rago National Park are about a block of drive. Here you can find everything from fishing water to tourist trails into the mountains and towards Sweden.

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoy the view and observe the wildlife. Good with bolting space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is brought, but we will make sure there are several gallons available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

Great cabin in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of the fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a diversity of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the property, and with little light pollution in the area, there are high chances to see northern lights in winter. From the parking lot AT Rv80 it is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small nature terrain.

The apartment has a king size bed and a 120 cm bed. It can be added to a baby bed if needed. Setså is located in the middle of the villages of Fauske and Rognan, and 6.8 miles from Bodø, and 6.3 miles from Saltstraumen. Setså is a natural starting point to see the sights of Salten and all its history, hence the Blood Road Museum, the War Cemetery in Botn, exit to the former mining community of Sulitjelma, or just a few nights of peace and quiet before heading on to the next destination.

You can visit the mining museum and take a train into the mountains to see old mines. Sulitjelma can also offer good hunting and fishing.
