Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

It was a joy to stay at Elio's place. Elio is a wonderful person. Always cheerful, prompt with responses and kind. He helped me experience Paris like a local. I was also lucky to experience some of his cooking, honed with years of experience. He can be a mentor for people, teaching them what joy de vivre really means. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at his place. There is a lot you can learn from him while enjoying Paris.

The location is just wonderful! Two metro stations serving 3 lines are only 5-7 minutes walk away. Thanks to Pascal's amazingly detailed and illustrated instructions, it was quite easy to find. The room is small, but clean and tidy. It has many things that will make your stay comfortable: microwave, kettle, fridge, fan, iron and even an ironing board. And even an umbrella :) The bathroom and toilet are shared, but I did not suffer from it. My special thanks to Pascal and Corinne for their friendliness and hospitality.

Local muito tranquilo e seguro. A casa é grande e é próxima de um grande mercado (20 minutos a pé). Existe um ponto de ônibus em frente a casa que leva as principais estações de trem. Check-in fácil de fazer. Sofiane respondia rapidamente todas as mensagens. A estadia foi excelente de uma forma geral. Apenas três coisas nos incomodaram (e acho necessário alertar aos próximos moradores): a casa é limpa mas o prédio não é limpo e por isso existem muitas baratas que entram na casa. Não foram disponibilizados produtos básicos como detergente de louça, detergente de roupa, temperos (apenas sal), papel higiênico (apenas um para 30 dias). Foi o primeiro airbnb que não forneceu estes itens (tive que cobrar pelo gel de banho e shampoo, que foram os únicos dados depois). Por último, é anunciado um aquecedor na casa mas nos informaram que ele só funciona no inverno, porém em outras estações a noite faz muito frio e o edredom é fino (tivemos que dormir com roupas grossas).

Marie est très accueillante. Elle vous envoie pleins d’informations avant votre arrivée afin de trouver facilement le logement. L’ensemble de l’appartement était très propre. Il est situé dans un quartier et une résidence plutôt calme à deux pas du métro. De plus, il y a pleins de petites attention comme des petits savons dans la douche, une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ou encore quelques trucs à disposition pour le petit déjeuner.
