Be it the University of Arkansas or great places to eat. Karen's home is immaculate clean. The spotless room I stayed in had it's own bathroom with a walk in shower, plush towels, toiletries and a super comfortable queen size bed with fresh quality linen. There was even a side table with an array of snacks and water. So much opulence at a really great price. I highly recommend Karen's place and I give it 5 stars out of 5”
