Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.
