O apto está próximo da UNB e da W3 Norte, tem opções de ônibus para diversas áreas da cidade. Não tem onde guardar bicicleta. Não pode fumar. Não tem ar condicionado. Não pode usar máquina lavar e cozinhar, pode somente lanches rápidos. Por ser um quarto compacto - DCE o espaço p/ mala grande é limitado.
