Located just 5 minutes from Ameal Park, with the Sousa River. Pets are welcome, and there is also a small outdoor area. The Vila Meã river beach on the Odres River is 12 km (7.5 miles) away. The house is located in Cernadelo, 48 km (30 miles) from Porto via the A41 highway (45 min).

Originally a military lookout tower, later in the XVI century it grew to incorporate a cellar (both used for the renovation) and a small chapel.
