La situation géographique est idéale : - Au cœur du vignoble - A deux pas du centre ville, des commerces, des restaurants et de la gare - Environ à 15mn de Dijon et 25mn de Beaune - Chemins de randonnée à proximité Amoureux du vin, nous pouvons également vous proposer une dégustation en cave.

Superbe nid douillet plein de charme au calme, avec balcon et parking gratuit au pied de la résidence 😊 Arrivée et départ autonome👌 Linge de lit et serviettes fournis 👌 Situé proche du centre ville de Longvic, tous les commerces sont accessible à 10 min à pied (boulangerie, intermarche). Dijon est à 5 min en voiture. Balades au bord de l'eau depuis le logement (étang royal à 5 min à pied, rivière l'Ouche, canal de Bourgogne). Appartement en 2eme étage, sans ascenseur. Résidence récente.

Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed. The studio has a separate entrance,kitchenette,bathroom,wardrobe. We will be happy to let you know the charm of our countryside so close to Dijon! ⚠️possible insects or country noise😉
