Villa le Rocce - Blue Apartment (Open Space)

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! In my opinion, it is the most beautiful villa on the Island.”

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

My place is located just 10 meters from the sea and close to the center of the village. You'll appreciate my home for its quiet neighborhood and strategic location. It is ideal for couples and families, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the presence of shops and various clubs in the immediate vicinity.
