A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

My husband and I stayed at Mauro's Airbnb and we loved it, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the view from the balcony. Everything is impeccable and the sunset is breathtaking. We went to resolve documentation and the location was great for what we needed, relatively close to the center and the malls. The Wi-Fi is great, the air conditioning works for cold and hot. We were very happy and satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

Great accommodation with attentive hosts. Everything we needed was provided. You can even see macaw parrots from the window — they sometimes land on a tree near the road. We especially enjoyed the grill on the balcony. The kitchen had cooking oil and coffee capsules — everything was new. There are many tasty and affordable restaurants nearby, and the area feels very safe.

It was a seamless stay. Nice apartment in a quiet nice area, not far from a mall. There were a few small issues, but Glen's staff quickly remedied it. He's a really nice guy, and made me feel welcomed I would stay again.

The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to sit in the outdoor garden, a quiet and pleasant space to relax. Thanks to the location of the apartment, close to the main entrance, I could easily receive food orders through the app directly through the grille, without needing to leave the building, which was very practical. I also want to highlight the large and comfortable lounging area on the building's rooftop, ideal for hanging out or working outdoors. For me, a great added value was the laundry: although it is shared, it is free, which makes this place perfect also for longer stays. I had some small inconveniences, but I was able to resolve them easily with the host, who reacted quickly and was very kind at all times. Excellent communication and attention. Thank you for everything!

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

very pleasant stay. The place sur super nice and confortable and perfectly clean and convenient. it is located in a super modern residency with access to the roof terrace where you can do sport or barbecue or just chill. amazing from the window as the appartment is in the last floor. Also, host helpful and responsive whenever needed. I recommend this place.👍

An incredible view left me in love from the first moment, the jungle assumption being observed from a bright and minimalist apartment with a privileged location left me astonished allowing me to experience majestic sunsets and sunsets. The clean everything was bright, the bed impressively comfortable, and the general kitchen features, both airs, TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Prime, access to Azotea to see the city 360°, with grill and gym make it definitely a real gem of Asunción. There is a two-block hypermarket with a shopping patio, pharmacy and bars. Dessert strawberry: Alexa and her voice control assistance to turn on the radio, lights, air and ask for the weather.

The apartment was spotless, the security was super friendly and Ricardo and Ines attentive! I loved the dpto, everything was clean the same as the photo! I would choose them again 💫

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

The place and the apartment are highly recommended since it has what is published, it is a safe, quiet place, close to shopping My stay was very nice, so I don't hesitate to come back... although everyone requires different things, Ruben is super attentive and that's important to meet some needs that arise from his guests.
