Detta boende är så mycket mer än beskrivning och bilder. En mycket trevlig värdinna, Titziana, som är mycket välkomnande. Boendet är så rent och mysigt, ett toppenställe. Kan varmt rekommendera detta. Skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Ett himmelrike!!! Otrolig miljö och vacker omgivning. Fantastisk utsikt att njuta av på de olika terrasserna.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

Leonardo was incredible helpful and an absolute delight. You can tell he is house proud, the place was peaceful and beautiful. I would go back.

Il nostro soggiorno a Il Fienile di Bisarno è stato indimenticabile! L’alloggio è un incantevole fienile ristrutturato in stile country-chic, perfetto per chi desidera immergersi nella vera essenza toscana. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore: la cucina è super accessoriata, i letti sono incredibilmente comodi e le finestre offrono panorami da cartolina sulle colline del Chianti. Il pergolato per cenare all’aperto è davvero spettacolare: abbiamo trascorso serate magiche sotto le stelle. Un altro punto forte è l’ampio orto, dove abbiamo potuto raccogliere ogni giorno frutta e verdura freschissime: un’esperienza unica che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla e immersa nella natura, ma vicina a Firenze per gite culturali e gastronomiche. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia rilassarsi, coccolarsi e vivere la dolce vita italiana!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Wir würden gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Filippo und Claudia! Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch die beiden war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns direkt willkommen und heimisch gefühlt. Man merkt, dass beide von Herzen echte Gastgeber sind. Das Tiny House ist lichtdurchflutet, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von der privaten Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Auch wenn man sich das Grundstück mit den Gastgebern teilt, wird ein hoher Wert auf Privatsphäre gelegt und man ist für sich. Durch das gemütliche Bett, die Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln und die Ruhe der Region hatten wir einen ausgezeichneten Schlaf. Es gab die Möglichkeit unsere Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen und man hatte einen guten Stellplatz in der Garage für das Auto. Für unsere Bedürfnisse einer ruhigen Gegend und der Möglichkeit Fahrrad zu fahren war es die absolut perfekte Unterkunft. Vielen Dank an Filippo und Claudia, wir kommen wieder!

Останавливались во второй половине апреля 2025 года. Дом в идеальном состоянии, окружен красивейшими пейзажами, оливковой рощей, многоцветием первоцветов, с террасы открывается вид на противоположный склон соседней горы и на луг по которому периодически выходили на прогулку косули. Многоголосье птиц радовало слух. Жилье оборудовано всем необходимым и даже больше, включая чудесный фарфор, разнообразное стекло и хрусталь и всю необходимую кухонную утварь. Пространство грамотно разделено на две зоны, зоной кухни и гостиной с замечательным интерьером и уютным камином, и зоной спален с удобными спальными местами. Рикардо (хозяин) приложил немало усилий для создания атмосферы, попадая в которую, чувствуешь себя как дома. Так же присутствует зона BBQ со всем необходимым для приготовления любых блюд. И что еще впечатлило, это организация дровяного отопления, которое позволяет автономно поддерживать в доме комфортный температурный режим, когда на улице прохладно.
