Casa restaurada del siglo XIX construida en tapial y piedra, construcción típica de la arquitectura popular zamorana-leonesa. Esta rústica y acogedora casita está ubicada en el centro de un pueblo tranquilo y lejano de la urbe llamado Coomonte, en la provincia de Zamora y es colindante con la provincia de León. Cuenta con dos pisos en los cuales hay 4 habitaciones, de las cuales 2 son de matrimonio (en una de ellas cabría una cuna) y otras 2 habitaciones individuales. Servicios y zonas comunes Cuenta con calefacción, una cocina totalmente equipada (placa de vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, etc.) Salón-comedor con tv, baño con ducha y lavadora, un tranquilo rincón de lectura en la segunda planta y un patio exterior con sofás de jardín y mesa.

Apimonte O Cantinho da Maria is a Rural Tourism establishment that was completely rebuilt in 2022. Traditional architecture, the rigorous use of materials, Stone, Wood and Granites were considered the key elements during the reconstruction. The shale (local stone), the charm of wood and its architecture decorate the entire building. Functional and well-equipped, the kitchen is an important element. The bedroom and the 2 bathrooms were designed to be functional, but very well framed in the structure.
