Very good value for money: - Welcomed by entrance to medina and helped “on board”; - pleasant check-in with welcome tea; - simple but cool and functional family room on ground floor; - basic but tasteful and sufficient breakfast included; - central location in medina.

Souad’s place was gorgeous. The moment we stepped inside it felt like we were transported out of the center of the Medina and into a relaxing paradise. The staff was incredibly helpful on booking and arranging various activities and dinner reservations. They even anticipated what needs we might have. Breakfast was plenty of food and delicious. Dinner at the Airbnb was also delicious! We had one of our favorite meals cooked at the Airbnb in our entire trip. Highly recommend!!

Banane was very welcoming. The terrace is very well located and quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent Riad, off the beaten track from the busy tourist areas, but in fact totally authentic in the heart of the largest medina in the world. Excellent welcome and special attention to customers. Address I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was amazing!

The staff were smiling and kind, and tried their best to make us happy.They prepared a lot of my favorite bread for breakfast, and they also gave me advice about the next day's bus. Fez was crowded with people and felt like a maze, but I was very relieved to return to Riyadh.Thanks to the staff. The room was also a private space, like a palace. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s located just on the edge of the Medina, allowing both privacy and immersion. Quick access to all the things and very shorts walks to the blue gate or tannery. Fes is a fairly loud city and where this Riad is located, the early risers of the Medina are just outside. The staff were above reproach, very attentive, and extremely kind. Not to mention the Riad’s mascot - Kita the fluffy chow dog. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

We stayed in this beautiful riad for two days. perfectly located in walking distance to the medina. Ali provided everything we needed and was very helpful with the planning of our following trip. the communication via whatsapp with him was easy and quick. don't miss your chance of staying in this authentic riad!!!

Monaim is a calm, down to earth and most of all friendly man. everything was so easy and very flexible, I would go back straight there once I'm back to fes, without forgetting the beauty of the place

Lea's Riad was an ideal spot to visit Fes and its medina. It is very close from the blue gate and nicely tucked away so you are not in the buzzing streets. It takes minutes to immerse yourselves in the Medina's atmosphere and all its shops. The place is beautiful and the terrace gives amazing views. Fatima and Sala looked after us superbly. They are both helpful, flexible and will get out of their way to organise things for you. the breakfast is fabulous with more food than you will ever be able to eat. A great stay. A fabulous place to stay. You are staying with a family, so get to experience a little of life in Morocco. Said and his wife Loubna are wonderful hosts, and genuinely care about what you are doing. Said is happy to review / help with travel plans, he can also organize a driver to pick you up at the airport ... so you arrive hassle free ! Their home is lovely and really comfortable, Loubna provides a great breakfast every morning, complete with mint tea ! The house is in a fabulous location to connect with / be picked up by tour operators ... you are about a two minute walk from Cafe Majorelle (write it down to show taxi drivers ..... no-one could understand my pronunciation !!!). All driving tour operators were more than happy to collect me from there, and if you need to catch a red taxi to the Medina is is just a €2/€3 taxi ride. A couple of great cafes nearby to eat dinner. i would love to stay again !

Warm welcome, family atmosphere. Typical riad with Moroccan decor. Pretty and clean room. All the staff very kind and kind. We recommend it no problem!

Really nice and beautiful place to stay! I felt very welcome and got a little tour of the area on my arrival. The room was clean, the bed was good and the breakfast was great.

A beautiful spot with a lovely Rooftop terrace. serves great food. Beds were fine. bathroom was fine. a little dark and cold in our room, but I imagine when it's not the heart of winter, it would be a welcome cool retreat. it's a hostel like atmosphere with kind travelers open to connect with. super friendly staff. In particular one worker there named Amin was soo welcoming and friendly, he felt like family to us. makes it worth a visit just to meet him. would definitely recommend this place to stay!

i love this riad! my room was beautifull! the staff is amazing and really helpfull. this time in the ramadan was a great expierence. i had iftar with the staff and that was so nice of them. thank you all! I Will be back!

We felt at home in Dar Anne. The room (Chambre Maya) is spacious, has excellent wifi, pressure shower and hot water. Amina responded at all times to the needs that arose: she printed our boarding passes for us, allowed us to rest and leave our bags in Dar on the last day, she managed the taxi service for us... The Dar has a fantastic location, is an absolutely family place, and has a wonderful terrace with spectacular views of the Fez El Bali medina. It was an immense pleasure to emulate every day and have dinner there on one of the nights. Baraka allah ufik!

An amazing place to stay in an amazing city!

Amazing riad, absolutely gorgeous and stunning building. Rooms are big, very well decorated and cosy. Nadia and Karim made our stay perfect - they are extremely welcoming, and helpful! I highly recommend!

Magical! One of the best places I’ve stayed at and I HIGHLY recommend. As soon as we arrived, Chaima welcomed us with tea and made us feel right at home. We also had a wonderful home cooked dinner provided and had fun watching and listening to all the birds in the Riad. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was safe and convenient. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. 😊
