In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Located directly on Austrian shore of Lake Constance (Bodensee). 1st row on the Lake! You can enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the lake from the west facing balcony and go directly for a swim! Within 3 min walking distance 3 different restaurants. 3 Supermarkets within 10min walk. 3 km from Bregenzer Festspiele, 3 km from Lindau Therme, 14 km from Dornbirn Exhibition Centre, 34km from Friedrichshafen Fairground and 39km from Olma Messen in St Gallen.

Between lake and mountain

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a more than 100 year old house in the former working-class neighborhood Vorkloster. It houses 8 flats which are partially inhabitat by our family. Thus, the atmosphere is very familiar and uncomplicated! Kids are very welcome! As it is a family home, I will only approve requests from people who shortly introduce themselves and the reason for their trip to Bregenz!

The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
