Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

This home is located within 5-15 minutes to everything in Joplin, Carthage or Neosho and yet secluded in nearby Duneweg. Duneweg is a suburb of Joplin and is very close to where I44 and 249 merge! Making it easy to get place to place or back up on the interstate after a nights rest! This home is located on a quiet street with a tranquil wooded area and pull through parking.

This creekside cottage is located on 21 acres of beautiful country land — between the rustic barn and the convenient creekside access this is the perfect getaway to rest and recharge. Center creek flows directly through the property, perfect for rock skipping, fishing, and sun bathing on the rocky beachside. Located a few miles outside of Carthage and a couple miles from 1-44, its great location gives you the best of both worlds — quiet and calm, yet convenient.

Country Cottage at Ozark Highlands Farm

Come relax, refresh, romance, or retreat in our quaint (rustic) 900 sq ft stone cottage on our working farm, perfect for a weekend getaway or for longer term lodging (with a significant discount,) and easily accessed off I-44/49 east of Joplin & south of Carthage. Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks. Black Dog Lodge : 3 Bed 2 Bath Home

The Black Dog Lodge is located in SE Joplin with easy access to highways, hospitals, MSSU, and Range Line Road shopping and restaurants. This pet friendly home is all set for your furry friend, and you as well! There is plenty of room to set up a board game, relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows, or just enjoy the quite neighborhood with a nice pond view.

Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.

So close to Route 66

This renovated space is on the second floor* of an historic downtown building just steps off the original Route 66. *Climbing steps is required. The staircase is wide, solid, with sturdy handrail, and has a landing halfway up. We're happy to help carry luggage, if that's an issue.
