We initially booked a smaller room in the building but realized when we got there that the bed would be too small for us. We messaged the hosts and they easily accommodated us switching to a room downstairs with 2 beds. Overall the place was great and the hosts were incredibly helpful and kind

Me hospedé con mi esposa y mis hijas de 20 meses y el sitio fue perfecto, tiene un patio con buena zona verde que mis hijas disfrutaron corriendo y jugando. La cocina tiene lo necesario para cocinar y las habitaciones son cómodas. Incluye desayuno, y vale la pena ir a comer en “allí no más” tiene buena variedad de comidas.

Lo ofrecido en el anuncio es igual a lo encontrado eso me gustó mucho, es muy acogedora la casa y sobre todo limpia, el único inconveniente a veces es el tema del agua en los baños pero se soluciona abriendo el estanque y la bomba que tienen para ello

Very nice house and convenient location. However, I will note a few things for future travelers: 1. The house is very close to other houses and we experienced a lot of noise starting at 7am both days we were there. I think there's a business as well and the noise sounds like it's right in the bedroom. 2. The parking is about a block away and it's up a hill. It's not far but the hill is very challenging if you are not used to it. 3. The ceiling over the dining room is glass and when it rains, the area gets wet. Do Not leave things on the dining room table or they will get wet. I mentioned this to the host but I didn't get a response about the leaks. Hopefully they will take care of it. Other than that, the house is very nice, large, and comfortable.

Nuestra estadía en Filandia fue excelente. El hospedaje en Deysi estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas: cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Recomiendo este lugar sin duda. ¡Gracias por la hospitalidad!

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que me e quedado. La comunicación con Diego es excelente, es muy atento a todos los detalles, responde muy rápido a cualquier duda. El alojamiento se siente uno muy a gusto, la descripción del alojamiento y las fotos, es tal cual descrito. Tienes tiendas cerca, está a un par de cuadras de la plaza principal, las personas alrededor son muy lindas, el lugar es tranquilo, muy cómodo, es privado y por las noches es muy tranquilo. Ambos, Diego y Eu son excelentes anfitriones, la hospitalidad de ambos es muy buena, son serviciales, amables. Recomiendo enteramente al alojamiento, y a ellos como anfitriones mucho más. 😊🙃

apartamento bonito, limpio, suficientes camas y almohadas suaves, al tener parqueadero propio, aprovechamos para caminar por la hermosa y tranquila filandia, su plaza central, encanto y mirador..super recomendado

Doña Consuelo y Luis fueron muy amables, la casa muy ordenada y todo acorde a la decripción, la llegada y salida muy faciles y muy cerca del centro de Filandia

Maison confortable et bien équipée, pas trop loin du centre de Salento à pied. Par contre, le salon n'est pas très lumineux et l'isolation phonique n'est pas la meilleure, comme souvent en Colombie, mais on s'y fait.

Mariana súper amable y cordial, nos ayudó con cada cosa que necesitamos. El apto tal cual las fotos: limpio, ordenado, acogedor y la zona genial, con todo cerca. 100 % recomendado 💖

Excelentes anfitriones.

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

Apartamento muy agradable, coincide con los ofrecido, Luisa siempre estuvo muy atenta a los mensajes,. El conjunto el muy tranquilo y las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amables y atentas. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Nos sentimos cómo en casa. El apartamento es tal cual lo describe Mariana. Hay sitios para comer cerca, droguerías, supermercados. Es de fácil acceso y encontramos el lugar muy limpio y ordenado. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos con el lugar. Muchas gracias Mariana y Marcela por todo. Además gracias por entender el contratiempo que ocurrió. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos a cualquier requerimiento nuestro. Gracias y espero que volvamos pronto a este encantador lugar, y Quindio que es muy bonito para conocer. Nos encantó con nuestra familia la estadía en el apartamento muy lindo y organizado adicional del sonido exterior de la naturaleza es súper relajante, adicionalmente Laura es excelente siempre pendiente de todo Súper recomendable
