Chris was a great host! His instructions were very clear and he gave great recommendations for Larnaca. The place was very clean and has a great view. We had a great time.

We had a great time at this accommodation. The building is in a very convenient location being opposite the beach, above many eating places, there is a intercity bus & airport bus stop a couple of minutes away along the beach front & its near to Larnaca sites like to the castle and church of Lazarus. The accommodation was comfortable for our 2 week stay. It has a large double bedroom & smaller twin bed room both with en suite. The living room though small was adequate for our needs with a settee, TV, small kitchenette area and balcony. The view from the balcony is of the city and the sun shines onto the balcony after midday. Joe was very responsive to an internet glitch and always got back to us quickly.

The apartment is great, host is very responsive. The windows have very good sound isolation (it is quite noisy outside, but inside it was good). The internet connection is very fast. Everything inside was in very good condition. All in all, great stay!

A successful stay. The terrace for relaxation is amazing. The apartment is clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the wind, but that's not the owners' fault :). I recommend it. A wonderful place to rest and reset.

The apartment looked like in the photos, the area was beautiful. It was great to enjoy the coffee overlooking the sea every morning on the balcony. It was the first time in Cyprus for us and certainly not the last. Thank you very much Natalie

The apartment is amazing. It is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, livingroom is very big and kitchen is fully equipped. A big plus for the whole design. Next time I visit Larnaca I would stay here again

I have been traumatised by many Airbnb hosts in Cyprus since my arrival in January and had to change housing 3 times. But when I got to Alexey's place, WOOOOOOOOW! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LISTING. GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST, GREAT APARTMENT, VERY CLEAN, FEELS LIKE HOME IMMEDIATELY, GREAT VIEW TO THE SEA, LOVELY BALCONIES, YES, TWO:) WITH GREAT VIEWS AND WONDERFUL DINING AREA. GREAT BED, GREAT EVERYTHING. AN ADDED BONUS IS THAT EVEN THOUGH ALEXEY'S PLACE IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH AND AT THE HEART OF THE CITY, ITS NOT NOISY. LARNACA IS SOOOOOOO NOISY TO A POINT WHERE I WAS BEGINNING TO HATE IT. BUT THIS AMAZING APARTMENT IS QUITE. GREAT FOR LONG STAY GUESTS WHO ARE IN CYPRUS FOR WORK LIKE MYSELF. Excellent location for restaurants, bars and the beach. Apartment was really nice with good sized balconies.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which can be reached on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia warm regards Tobias and Nicole

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place, 5 minutes from the beach and a lot of great restaurants

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.
