Beautiful apartment, good location, with all the essentials. The +, a very pleasant and well-maintained garden. Vahina had prepared some special touches for our arrival.

The apartment was perfect for us. It’s not new, but it’s been very well decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. Everything you might want was in the kitchen. Beautiful view, and great table to play games. Very close to numerous parks for walking the dog and playgrounds for the toddler. We had a small issue with the wifi to which Julio was extremely reactive; it was fixed quickly. The only downside I can think of is that the couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable for two people, but this is very minor. We had a great stay and had a great opportunity to explore Brest!

very nice stay. Françoise's place is large and well appointed. Close to any business. Too bad the noise from neighbors resonates in the apartment. On the other hand, the entrance to the building is very dirty and not cleaned by the tenants but Françoise had nothing to do with it. We'll be back in 2025 and thank Françoise for her warm welcome upon arrival

The proximity to Pont-Aven, which is within walking distance, is lovely. The small garden table and the swing are very nice. Very quiet place.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and also perfectly equipped for a longer stay. The location of the house in Concarneau is great. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, the Ville close, even a beach. 2 bicycles may be shared. The parking space for our car on the well-secured property was particularly helpful. The communication with Patrick was straightforward and friendly. My special thanks go to Mme Furon, who warmly welcomed and bid us farewell. We fully recommend the apartment! Thank you, Patrick, for having us as your guest.

We were very satisfied. Clear instructions how to check-in, clean spacious apartment, very safe (you have to go through 2 gates with codes and than locked doors). Possibility of parking in the street for free or on premise, both very good options. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, big towels, equipped kitchen and cute decor. All exactly as described.

We had a great week at Jean-Luc's house with our 3 children aged 18, 16 and 12. The house is located facing the sea, with direct access. The view and noise of the sea are exceptional. Lots of walks possible from the house, or around (Roscoff, Ile de Batz...). Jean Luc had recommended the Leclerc du Saint Pol fishmonger - indeed great. The house is simple and very functional (everything you need for cooking, washing machines, dryer). Our eldest son slept in the huge dormitory, where it was good although we were in February. The check-in and check-out was very easy. We highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at this quirky and peaceful house tucked away on the riverbank. We stayed for a friends wedding and the host and caretaker were so helpful. We would love to stay again.

I came for a short week with my spouse and pets, everything went very well. Warm place, and nature lovers, we were delighted! We had a good stay despite the rain, which did not stop us from walking and hiking. Very kind and attentive host, we lacked nothing and who guided us well, we recommend this accommodation!

We are in this property for the 2nd time out of season because we feel very comfortable here and enjoy long walks on the beach or on the customs trail. A small Breton fisherman's cottage for 2 persons, well equipped, very clean, with parking and with small garden to sit outside. Beach, bakery and small supermarket are within easy walking distance. The welcome and communication with Julianna was perfect.

Very good stay in the owners' house which is a beautiful renovation success. Very cozy. The geographical location is ideal for traveling the Pink Granite Coast and all its surroundings. It is very pleasant to rest inside as well as outside in the beautiful garden. Ilaria and Serge are adorable and respectful hosts. The very functional cottage is 100% recommended.

Charming hospitality from Yana. A little basic comfort ( which deserves some amenities ...) largely compensated by the pretty decoration and the exceptionally quiet location in the heart of the city . If possible, we'll come back!

Spacious apartment, very quiet neighborhood parking next door and nearby shops.

The accommodation matches the photos and is very nice. The small terrace is a real plus. Private and secure place with barrier. Peaceful place and 5 mins walk to the beach. Some small shops in the very pleasant surroundings and a very good pancake food truck "la poul du crêpes" We had a great stay! I highly recommend it. Yvon and his wife are very friendly. Thank you
