The location is centrally located in Western Finland. It is 1 to 2 hours drive to Nordkapp, Honningsvåg, Alta, Hammerfest, Havøysund, Lakselv and Karasjok. Smörfjord has nice hiking areas with good fishing waters and moorland. There is also the possibility to fish in the sea from jetty and mountain. In autumn and winter there is the possibility to see northern lights.

The cabin is located completely by itself 100m from Lakselva, and has its own fishing place by the river which can be rented in addition to the cabin in the period 01jun-15sep contact me for booking. Easy access with car and a large parking space right by the cottage. The cottage contains 3 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, and open kitchen / living room solution. About 3km to center of Lakselv. Peaceful and scenic area that offers hiking trails, beautiful nature and great opportunities to experience the northern lights. There is a sauna in the house and in addition a large wood-fired sauna on the neighboring property that can be used by appointment without additional charge.
