The 3 bedrooms home with kitchen, fenced grassy outdoor play area and off street parking. The outdoor BBQ area has a Kiwi garden planted with all NZ natives and enough space for yard games and outdoor dinning. A 10min walk to the town centre, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Green Cottage -3 Bedroom home with all the extras!

Welcome to Green Cottage! Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in this lovely home situated in the lakeside town of Te Anau. The holiday home has a large covered outdoor area, spacious living and dining areas, as well as a perfectly functioning kitchen. It has all the amenities you want including Wifi, Neftlix, a Smart TV. Situated just a 10 minute walk from central Te Anau or a 5 minute walk from the lakefront, the house is conveniently located close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Centrally located holiday house

Book a home, not a hotel. An easy 1.5km walk to the centre of town where you'll be able to enjoy a plethora of bars and restaurants down the main street. She's not perfect but we've upgraded a few things, including a new kitchen, bathroom and living area. Enjoy the indoor outdoor flow onto the wooden deck overlooking the backyard towards the Murchison Mountains. The bedrooms have not been renovated and still have original single glazed windows with some wear and tear around the walls.

Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as huge 1400m section with large lawn.

We are situated at Jacks Point which has a international Golf Course, rated among the top in the world. 10 minutes from Queenstown International Airport, 20 mins from the centre of Queenstown and on the main highway to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Te Anau making your trip to Milford area so much shorter.
