There are trams just a minute walk from the doorstep on Gertrude and Victoria Parade and takes you straight to the CBD. Also walkable to the MCG and various Parks.

The master has a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath. The third bedroom can be set up with 2 singles or with a King size bed. We are close to trams (15 mins to town), and plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, including famous Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. There is also easy access to nearby cycle paths.
