Rólegt umhverfi og fallegt útsýni. Húsið er gamalt og er staðsett á bóndabænum Vattarnesi. Kindur eiga það til að koma inná tún. Húsið samanstendur af einu baðherbergi með sturtu og eldhúsi þar sem gestir geta eldað. Það eru þrjú svefnherbergi, tvö af þeim með tvíbreiðu rúmi og eitt með tveimur einbreiðum rúmum. Við erum ekki á hringveginum (vegi númer 1). Húsið er á gamla hringveginum á milli Fáskrúðsfjarðar og Reyðarfjarðar, 19km frá Fáskrúðsfirði og 29km frá Reyðarfirði.
