My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

The airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.

The Bürgerpark is 300m away and is ideal for walks or sports, a supermarket with a bakery is located across the street. Our apartment is centrally located. In just 5-10 minutes you can reach the neighborhood by tram and in about 15 minutes the city center. The tram stop is within 3-4 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping center (Hansa Carre) and the Weserwehr/Weser.
