Villa holiday rentals in Flacq District

I think this was my first airbnb where the house was better then the photos. :) We've stayed in Garden Villa nr 3. It is a beautiful space, with 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor, 2 in the upper floor), each one with its own fantastic bathroom. The kitchen and living room are full of light and have a great view/access to the Villa's small garden with pool. Nevertheless, the beach is basically at your door. Just a few steps away from the house. All the service is excellent: cleaning is done daily, and I recommend to order some meals there - food is fantastic with nice prices and good portions. Last but not least, i'd like to thank to Gaby Appadoo (property manager) his kindness and his professionality, always ready to help us. THANK YOU!

Tolle Aussicht und toller Ort! Restaurants, Supermärkte in Laufnähe! Auch in Laufnähe die Anlegestelle für Boote für Tagesausflüge. Ich empfehle dort Tinos Boote. Isabelle kommt jeden Morgen und schaut nach dem rechten und kann wunderbar kochen! Auf jeden Fall einmal bekochen lassen! Besser als im Restaurant.

Très bon séjour chez Christophe. Hôte attentionné et disponible. Très bien accueillis par Varsha à notre arrivée. Excellent emplacement au cœur d’Anahita proche de toutes les activités et commerces. Maison spacieuse donnant sur un jardin luxuriant et bien entretenu agrémenté d’une belle piscine. Un vrai bonheur également d’accéder aux 2 golfs d’exception Anahita et Île aux Cerfs. Navette gratuite toutes les 30 minutes de la réception pour accéder à la fois au golf, à la plage privée de l’île aux cerfs et son restaurant au bord du lagon. Tout ceci contribue à passer un excellent séjour.

One of our best experience on rented house, Host were very helpful since beginning – make You you don’t need to worry just relax. The manager Gabi – he is professional one – able to help in every situation and almost with everything – what we asked it was delivered without questions and quick(moto delivery, trips Lions/boats, heli, transfers, recommendation -amazing rum 😊). The staff work every day to make us happy – they were always according to our wish. Cleaning every day house, pool, beach. Not forget about Cheff of the kitchen – big and delicious meals every day – on time you wish to have it. Very nice and long beach – walking for hours with beauty view. Two words - JUST PERFECT!!! Thank You guys

Très belle maison avec un emplacement de rêve...nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour familial. Le personnel de maison est adorable et très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le seul bémol étant l'envahissement de la plage par des algues vertes ... et peut être aurions nous apprécié trouver ne serait-ce qu'une bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée ... cela se fait généralement dans les locations de ce standing😉 Des détails au demeurant... cela mis à part, tout était parfait, nous y reviendrions avec plaisir!

We had a wonderful time as an extended family enjoying beach life and great food. Klyna and Nicole had taken great care of us and we enjoyed the daily service of a clean house tremendously. The house feels very safe and the open space is wonderful. Klyna and Nicole organised us fish and seafood that we appreciated tremendously and then cooked for ourselves in the great kitchen. Also Klyna and Nicole organised very affordable taxi transport to go shopping, or for outings. The house was an absolute gem for us, the moderate tropical climate soothing. If possible we ceratainly would like to return and can only recommend it to anyone enjoying the freedom of not staying in a hotel but living to the own rythm.

A perfect vacation home!! No mosquitos, great breeze, right on the beach and a private pool. We didn’t need to leave except to get food. The host Bernard took excellent care of us. One of my favorite tropical airbnbs !!

We just returned from a two week stay and it was excellent. The house (Villa 2) was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The location was amazing with the beach and jogging path out front of the house. All the staff taking care of the houses were great and Annie was more than helpful. Overall a fantastic experience.

The location is very remote, just as I was looking for. But if you're looking for restaurants and entertainment, there’s none of that here. Life in a small village with local flavor. It takes 25 minutes by car to reach a good beach, and just a 10-minute walk to lie on the sand. A normal supermarket is 30 minutes away by car. You can even grill chicken in the kitchen, and the fridge has enough food for two weeks. Outside the window, there’s a sugarcane plantation with local birds. The grounds feature an immaculate pool. This is exactly what I was looking for - but it’s not for a socialite.

Le logement de Niteesha était juste au top! La déco et le mobilier sont modernes et ont été faits avec goût. L’espace extérieur est super avec le jardin et la piscine, idéal pour se retrouver entre membres de la famille ou amis. Niteesha quant à elle a été une super hote, très flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et toujours disponible. Je recommande à 200%.

Emplacement de la maison entre lagon et piscine PARADISIAQUE avec site de snorkling en face intéressant . Piscine et jardin très bien entretenuS par Jacquelin et Nadia et Pooja pour entretenir la maison adorables et discrètes . Nos soucis de fonctionnement ( puissance électrique insuffisante avec tous les climatiseurs et four , de meme que souci evacuation eau cuisine , ont été résolus immédiatement . On ne s est jamais sentis seuls . Caroline était toujours a l écoute et présente physiquement sur site . Séjour extrêmement réussi . Petite remarque bien que n ayant pas du tout impacté notre séjour : la maison n étant pas neuve ,une maintenance des fermetures des baies virées ,de la douche extérieur et de la terrasse bois autour de la piscine seraient nécessaire.

Really fantastic location and value for money in a private (very large) villa with a private pool. The pool is lovely and there are some good high door latches so our children couldn't get to the pool unless we unlocked the door. Helpful staff, great for a family holiday. Would love to revisit.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. It is very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, we instantly felt at home. We enjoyed the pool at lot - it is large enough to swim and was never crowded. Is is just a very short walk to the beach, basically just across the street. Communication with Leena was very easy and uncomplicated. We can recommend this to anyone staying in the area who wants the comfort of a home.
