Nicole was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as described (honestly better than described), and spotless. The decor was pleasing and matched the vibe of cinnamon beach. The location overlooked a pond that was beautiful at sunset. The rooms were separated in a way that provided privacy for all. We would love to stay again in the future.

Noah gets 10🌟! This place was truly a haven! It’s a serene oasis that envelops you in tranquility! The cleanliness and organization are truly impressive, a testament to the host’s attention to detail. Every necessity is provided, from dish and washer detergent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, extra garbage bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is a culinary dream, with high-end appliances and an array of pots and pans that inspire creativity. And the beds? The sheets are like a cloud, enveloping you in comfort and making it impossible to leave the warmth of the bed, even on a sunny beach day! The host is exceptional, checking in to ensure everything is perfect. It’s clear that Noah goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for his guests. Great place! We visited Cinnamon Beach many times, we like it a lot, and this was the best condo we stayed in… enjoyed the view of the ocean. Everything was great, Melanie is very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Melanie is an excellent host. She provided detailed info about the room, checking in/out, and expectations. Our place was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well kept. This was our 2nd stay here. We love being right on the beach! Adult pool is great (we didn’t visit the other pool). 5 people stayed very comfortable. Love the Flagler Beach restaurants 15 mins away. Balcony great for morning coffee with a view of the sunrise! Our 2 shih tzu puppies felt right at home! Alina is super responsive and helpful.

great view, plenty of space for 5 of us and Melanie is a great host. only complaint, and this isn't a hit on the host or the property, but there's a 3$ toll to cross a bridge from the town to the area where the condos are. you could drive 15 minutes around but it seems like a needless hassle on the state's part

This is the second year we have stayed at Cinnamon Beach, and this time we wanted an ocean view. Tony’s place was clean, beautiful and tranquil. Very short walk to their pools and clubhouse, and beach. The neighborhood is easy to get around and plenty of things to do. Though to avid beach goers, there is no shoreline left to speak of. We didn’t go for the beach but I feel like people should know.

Very nice place, clean and well maintained. Would certainly use again if in the area.

I have rented numerous places over the years. This condo was exactly as it was list on the Airbnb posting. Check-in was a breeze, communications before and during the rental period was clear and prompt. The furniture appeared to be very new, and in good condition. Everything in the unit worked as expected. Located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, giving you many options to spend your days, with roughly a 35 to 45 minute drive. Located by some very good local restaurants, and near a Publix. I wouldn't hesitate renting this unit again in the future.

We had a great stay at Todd’s beautiful condo. Todd was very proactive helping us get set up with detailed instructions for check in/out, and plenty of to do recommendations. We would certainly come back if there is another opportunity.

This was my family’s second stay at Jerry’s Once again I cannot say enough on how wonderful our stay was. Jerry is a top notch host that cares about making your stay great. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Very easy check in and out. My kids loved the pool and the beach! I did not need to contact host at all during our stay because all information was available. Would definitely love to stay again.

We had a great family vacation over Memorial Day weekend here. We have two little kids and this community is perfect for them. There were so many children for our toddler to play with and the kids pool was amazing. The beach was nice too, although the water was a bit rough. The unit has an AMAZING view and the building is the second closest to the pool. It was just a 5 min walk away. The beds could be softer but I know that is a personal preference. The unit does come equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys (Vacasa told me it didn’t). When we got there, the cleaning ladies were still there. We arrived around 5:30 pm and they told us they didn’t get the request to clean the unit till 3:30 pm. We thought that was interesting given that check in was at 4. That said, they were lovely. The unit could have been cleaner as some surfaces were dusty, but that may be because the ladies didn’t have enough time to finish cleaning. The unit could have also used more towels.

Great place with gorgeous views. Eric was very helpful throughout the whole process and the condo is more beautiful and up to date than the photos. We will be back!

This accommodation is great for multigenerational families. 5 bedrooms with 4 ensuites and another 1.5 baths. A separate area with kitchenette and two bedrooms with bathrooms means the family with young children can have some privacy. Two beautiful balconies, a pool with area for poolside dining, bbq area and a beautiful beach 2-5 minute walk depending on age! The beach area does have exposed rocks in water but a short way up the beach the bottom is clear- and there are two community pools! One quiet Oceanside and a family one with kids splash area, grill bar and gym area. The house has everything you need and then some- kitchen dishes , serving platters, air fryer, two coffee makers, a snack basket on arrival etc etc Two garages filled with beach chairs, toys wagons etc etc Beautiful location and beautiful house- highly recommend!!!!

Girls weekend. 13 ladies. Excellent accommodations. Great location for beach access and peace/quiet. Will be back! Property mgmt is responsive and appreciated.

This place was fantastic! The views of the ocean were amazing. The pool was so absolutely stunning. I think we lazed around the sun and bar area as much as we were inside. The beach is great, not very crowded with a very nice laidback vibe. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen, dining area and living room were perfect for entertaining. I hope I can stay here again someday. Recommend 💯. Thank you for the best week!

Comfortable, clean home to enjoy for my stay. Everything I needed from towels, bathroom supplies including soaps and shampoos, kitchen cleanup provided. Didn't need to bring anything but myself and something to eat. Will definitely recommend to friends. Welcome gift was fantastic! Thank you!

This place was amazing, we were on a summer vacation and this place did not disappoint. The house was unbelievable with all the amenities that they have provided. My wife and I fished off the dock several days we caught lots of fish but my wife’s real excitement was the day she caught a 2 1/2 to 3 foot Hammer Head Shark. I was quite surprised at the amount of fish we were able to catch, usually at the end of a canal there are less but not here. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay hear again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. We felt right at home and loved every minute of our stay. Joel and Kathy were amazing hosts and definitely plan on returning in the future!!

Perfect stay & experience from start to finish! Dory is the best Airbnb host we have ever experienced, and we’ve had some great ones! Made us feel welcome and right at home from the moment we got there. Every thing you need is there at your fingertips, Dory has thought of everything, plug and play and forget your worries once you walk in the door. Our dogs give it two paws up for the big basket of toys, doggy door and FUN fenced in backyard! The humans appreciated the plush cozy bed with lush soft sheets. The pool was just what we needed and the privacy fence in the beautifully landscaped backyard gives the secluded secret garden experience you are looking for. I could go on and on! 10 stars for Dory and the beautiful peaceful stay at Ormond Beach.
