What a gem! We loved the views, proximity to beaches and Leknes, and the amazingly clean and well set up home. Very comfortable and cozy with views of northern lights from the deck!

Linda’s place is perfection. Great location, stunning views, comfortable beds, spa-like bathroom, and well equipped with everything you could need. The private hot tub looking overlooking the water was the best part. Linda was a great host - easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Lofoten.

This house really made us happy! I almost lack the words to describe the beauty of the view. In fact, you could sit all day in the living room and enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle. From the living room we saw sea eagles, snow bunnies and even an Hermitage. Our wish - and the real reason of our trip - to see aurora lights was fulfilled on the first evening, on the second evening we were offered the very large aurora spectacle, what a gift! In the folder provided we found excursion tips, among other things for a fishing trip from Reine. We had an unforgettable day on the TrioII and brought home 8kg of fresh, self-fished cod. The house is very well equipped with plenty of cozy seating in the living room, the kitchen is complete and we particularly liked the wood stove. An extraordinary place!

Could not have wished for a lovelier accommodation: an authentic rorbu right by the sea. It was exactly what I wanted: the atmosphere was enhanced by the sounds and smell of the sea, docking fishingboats, birds and a lovely view. I loved the interior of the rorbu: everything was made of wood and my favorite part was the kitchen-dining-living area that was spacious and had windows facing the sea. As for equipment, we could find everything we needed in the kitchen, the electronic devices were good quality and relatively new. We had some minor issues with the old pots, but they were totally usable. I was very pleased with the location as well. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main road, bus stop, grocery stores, and excellent hiking trails. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed very much our stay: the view, the bar, the restaurant and its geographic location (perfect to explore the Lofotens!). If you come with a dog be aware that you will have to pay 250kr for the cleaning. I recommend the place ! :)

Cozy cabin by the sea. The house is so wonderful. It’s close to the sea and the view from the terrace and the living room is simply amazing. We had a fantastic stay. The place is great for exploring the south of the Lofoten Islands. Close to nice restaurants and shops as well as hiking trails. We would gladly come back there.

Ideal and very comfortable house for a couple alone or with children. Between sea and mountain, the site is exceptional, as is the view from the house. From the house, you can either start a hike or walk to the beach. Marita is very responsive and anticipates any questions. The lack of electricity did not cause us any problems throughout the week. We won't hesitate to come back to Myrland.

Beautiful Airbnb in a stunning setting. The Airbnb hosts were very responsive and friendly. The house was spotless with a well equipped kitchen. It even looked nicer in real life than on the pictures. We very much enjoyed the beautiful waterfront views on both sides, and had breakfast on the outside deck most mornings. Overall great setting in a secluded part of the Lofoten Islands. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This Airbnb is incredible—from the location to the home itself, it truly can’t be beat. As this was our first visit to Lofoten, Flakstad offered a very central location to drive to major hikes and viewpoints across the islands. Not to mention two of our favorite hikes were walking distance from the house! Coming home very evening to the view of the beach, tea on the patio, and the cozy sauna was the cherry on top. The house has thoughtful amenities from a deck of cards to cozy slippers. Plus, the kitchen has everything you need with groceries less than 15 minutes away. Truly can’t recommend this stay enough! We look forward to coming back soon.
