Het apartement bevindt zich in een blok met meerdere apartementen, nooit gemerkt dat we buren hadden. Heel rustige locatie en toch dichtbij centrum. Makkelijk toegankelijk en ruime plaats voor het gebouw om te parkeren. In het apartement is alles voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf, alles is er quasi nieuw en onderhouden.

Court séjour chez Stan et Sara., qui m' a accueillie dans le logement. Installé avec goût, situé dans une rue calme non loin de la gare centrale, c'est un pied-à-terre idéal pour découvrir Anvers. De plus, le matelas était très confortable, la douche spacieuse ... Une adresse à garder précieusement !

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

Marie is a very responsive host who gave excellent detailed information that made access easy and relaxed. The apartment, newly furnished, is very stylish, spacious and comfortable with thoughtful details such as the lovely sofa, and coffee pods for the coffee maker that made us feel at home. The place looks just like in the photos, located on the top two floors of a renovated traditional house, we had views of the impressive KMSKA museum and everyday enjoyed sound of swifts flying over. We gradually became expert at navigating the steep stairs, anyone with mobility issues might find them a challenge. The area around the apartment is beautiful, tree lined streets, quirky shops, outdoor cafes, galleries, restaurants and plenty of nightlife. We had a really excellent, two weeks in Antwerp and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved it! Arnaud was very helpful. The Flat is just Beautiful and has absolutely everything you need, even an umbrella to borrow. It Looks Like a Designer Flat- we love the furniture and plates, Bowls, etc :) We can definitely recommend this lovely place!

Gorgeous flat with spacious rooms but still cozy and full of character: tall ceilings, wood flooring, art, natural light, and two cats with very distinct personalities. You can tell it's a home crafted with love The cats are friendly and smart. When given the chance, they like to roam the building and the rooftops (from the terrace) but they will find their way home. One of them is a particularly strong advocate for food justice Tineke wasn't there for check-in but it was easy to collect the keys from the plant-based restaurant a few doors down, where I had a delicious anti-waste meal that (Friday) evening. All was very well communicated, and I'd be very happy to return if I'm ever back in Antwerp!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Jesse. Bei Fragen haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen & die Wohnung war genauso, wie beschrieben. Unser persönliches Highlight war natürlich die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

The apartment was just like in the photo, everything is very clean and has all the amenities. Mark (the host) is very responsive, thank you for the place to relax like this!

Eine traumhafte und luxuriöse Unterkunft! Wir haben uns dort als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht sofort geklappt haben, aber es wurde sehr schnell reagiert und gelöst. Was uns nicht ganz klar war, das dritte Schlafzimmer lag eine halbe Etage tiefer und war separat für sich. Es wäre schön, wenn dies deutlicher in der Beschreibung einzusehen wäre, auch mit einem Foto. Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, würden wir mit Freude wieder kommen.

We left Amsterdam sooner than expected because of a country-wide train strike and we weren’t book to stay at Rebecca’s until the following day. When we looked on Airbnb, we saw Rebecca’s place open for that night! We contacted her and she rushed over to clean it and get ready for our early arrival. We loved the street, the location, the clean and warm space, and the patio out back was better than expected! It’s huge and makes for a lovely retreat in the morning or late afternoon/evening. There’s a high school out back but other than the voices and laughter of kids before school and at lunch, it’s completely quiet and peaceful. We appreciated Rebecca’s quick response to any concern we had, especially after contacting her that first night, realizing our cell phones had almost no charge left and having the wrong adapter with us. She instructed us to look on the desk, where she had 2 chargers ready to offer guests. Thank you, Rebecca! We’ll be back!

Alles super! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gerne wieder!

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

Beautiful apartment in a trendy neighbourhood! Just a little far to walk to the centre but we did not mind it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

I was there with a friend of me. This beautiful place is so good to relax and calm down. The furniture is selected with a love to details and we really liked this place. Clementine as host was a realy lovely person and always kind and helpful. We would recommend to everyone to stay for a while in this little Paradies.We are looking forward to come back one day

Un appartement de standing aménagé et décoré avec goût, dans une résidence calme et en parfait état d'entretien. Le 32 ème étage avec ses deux terrasses vous offre une vue époustouflante. Le soleil y est présent du matin au soir. Une coté mer et l'autre côté ville pour les petits déjeuners au soleil et les apéritifs le soir côté mer, un régal. Le linge est fourni, jusqu'au peignoire et chausson, pour la sortie de douche ou jacuzzi. Les instructions avant le départ et à l'arrivée ont été très claires, merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa discrétion et ses instructions. Nous avons passé un superbe grand week-end avec en prime le beau temps. Je recommande. Seul bémol, manquerai une place de stationnement car attention, le stationnement sur Ostende est très onéreux. Все было прекрасно! Спасибо за такую возможность, отдохнуть в тихом и красивом месте, вдалеке от города :) очень классно провели время в джакузи под ночным небом. Обязательно еще вернемся! Единственное, очень много мух и непонятно откуда они берутся. Было неприятно просыпаться от того, что они летают вокруг

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!
