The house is an old farm from about 1900. It's nicely refurbished and contains most of what a family needs for lovely holidays by the sea. At the house there is a large garden with shrubs and plants, patios for barbecue, sunbathing. Large lawn available for various outdoor activities. The place has its own jetty and a floating dock with a boat spot. The place is very child friendly, with shallow water, no car traffic, and at the same time lovely for adults who can romp alone without transparency or neighbors.

From the cabin you have great views of the sea towards Otterøya, as well as immediate proximity to natural areas, sea and super nice "south" beach. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, new kitchen from 2024, bio do (outdoor toilet) in the annex and water post on the porch with summer water. (Note: The bedroom in the annex is used as storage space, but it is possible to sleep there because) bed linen and towel must be brought yourself
