NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming cottage, you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly by the water, out to a beautiful beach meadow with a swimming beach and swimming bridge. The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The bed is made and towels, etc. are ready, as are shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. The most basic kitchen items as well as coffee/tea are here, of course. Welcome :)

There is a 10-minute walk to shopping options, 10-minute drive to the beach. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, living room with dining table and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, as well as cable TV, bedroom with double bed, closet space and ironing board.

Quiet surroundings, close to the beach and beautiful nature. The cottage is 98 m2 and includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna. 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 loft with 2 good mattresses. The cottage is located on a nice large plot, with plenty of room for fun and enjoyment.

Apartment close to downtown, beach and forest.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the beach promenade and Gendarmstien. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people. As a rule, bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. If you don't have the opportunity to bring it yourself, we can help you with this. We charge a small fee for this.

The beautiful and large thatched roof house is situated between the lagoon and the open Baltic Sea. Therefore: sea view from all windows! Your own water access to the lagoon is only shared with the neighbor. The bright rooms, as well as the garden, are particularly suitable for groups. ( Max 15 - Min. 4) 3 showers, 4 toilets, big kitchen and living room. I live nearby during your stay and can be reached. On the farm also live 4 sheep and 2 pigs that are gladly visited:-)

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Luxury activity house with wellness and enclosed garden

Welcome to true Danish summerhouse idyll surrounded by tranquility, beautiful nature and historical surroundings. The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for large families or several couples. Whatever the weather, you can enjoy the activity room, whirlpool and sauna, and as a guest you get free bowling and mini golf. The grounds are completely enclosed with a fence and hedge, perfect for children and dogs – 2 dogs are welcome!

Lovely holiday home on Als.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room and a toilet with shower It is possible to pay for final cleaning, which costs DKK 250 or EUR 33, there is information about payment in the house.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second holiday home has been completed. Again, we have done everything we could to set up the house both stylish and child-friendly. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer diverse play opportunities such as swing, trampoline and football goals. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up, and hope you enjoy it.
