Having recently undergone a complete renovation, The Potting Shed is now welcoming guests to this beautiful part of North Wales.

Heather's Hut Idyllic location

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are delighted to offer our Shepherds Hut. Situated in an idylic area of natural beauty in rural North Wales, with popular walks including Moel Famau within walking distance from the hut. Loggerheads Country Park is about a 5 minute walk from the hut and provide beautiful walks and has a super cafe. Mold town is a 5 minute drive away. The hut is compact but has everything you need. We provide tea, coffee, milk an additional condiments.

Charming 2 bed Welsh Cottage

Newly refurbished cottage located on a quiet lane in the beautiful village of Northop. Enjoy country walks from your door step and a choice of local country pubs too. With easy access to Mold, Chester (& zoo) the North Wales coast and Eyri National Park, you can really explore all the local area can offer. The house dates back to 1800's and has been sensitively restored to keep its charm. Features two bedrooms (1 King, 1 double), bathroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory and garden room.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

Little Oak - A unique tiny home

Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. A cosy converted semi-detached beamed cottage set within a farmhouse courtyard. The house is surrounded by glorious views of North Wales in a peaceful setting with horses and cows in our paddocks. Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room. Cottage is fully equipped with travel cot/high chair if required. A perfect base to explore North Wales & Chester.
