Condo holiday rentals in Flores

We're a family of four who stayed at Juan Carlo's place for two week and we loved it. It's very comfortable for a family and had everything we needed. The kitchen is spacious and well outfitted for cooking. The place was very clean at check in and has lots of storage space for clothes and such. The location is great! A lot of tourists stay in upscale Palermo or Recoleta but if you want to really get to know Buenos Aires, Caballito is a great neighborhood right in the center of the city. The subway and bus stops are a block or so away and there's an Ecobici bike share station right on the same block as the apartment. There's plenty of grocery shopping, banks, and everything else you need right on the main street less than a block away. If you want natural or organic foods, it's just a few blocks to Yuca Mercado Integral. The communication and check-in/check-out were super. Juan Carlos responded right away to questions and was really kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The apartment looks like the photos and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything makes a clean and tidy impression.

First I would love to thank Jacqueline for opening up this beautiful stay to us. She was such a beautiful soul, patient, helpful and understanding. Which is what we all need from a wonderful host. Whenever we had an issue we were able to work through it with her. The place felt exactly like home. The lighting was great and there are so many fruit and vegetable markets, restaurant and walking score is amazing. The people in the area were very helpful and kind as well. I will say there are some thing that have been outside Jacqueline’s control but her along with her wonderful mother does wonders making sure everything is worked out. There is an ice cream place by the corner and if you’re not careful like myself, it’s so good you might find yourself going every night. Anyways, this was a wonderful stay and you can trust you’ll be in safe and wonderful hands

I will definitely rent the property again

The stay was very good. Everything was excellent, clean, complete and modern. Location is the best. We had an inconvenience when checking out, which we did not agree on the delivery of the car before, but it was resolved without a problem. I would stay again and recommend it.

Incredibly beautiful apartment—really, I wanted to stay there forever. Super cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Tomas was also very accommodating host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in BsAs.

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Juan's apartment is highly recommended. It is a beautiful area and close to main avenues. Getting around is not a problem. Quiet area despite being downtown and it has a very nice balcony. The apartment is very comfortable, it had towels and toilet paper according to the length of the stay. I did not have to buy cleaning supplies because there were some, that is not always taken into account. Juan's service was very warm and he responded quickly. The building is very quiet and safe too. I will definitely return.

it is the second time I visit the apartment of Paula in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently well located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular well lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. sure when I visit Buenos Aires again I will stay there! Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.
