Holiday rentals with a patio in Flores

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires metro, markets, restaurants and sights nearby. The place is very nice and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which greatly facilitates the movement around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. I strongly recommend it to everyone who seeks quality, practicality and a high level of service.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I can not review this exact space, since I got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment in the same building! But my stay there was amazing, and the host replies very fast, checks in every now and then how everything is going. The rooftop pool is lovely, spent a lot of time there :) Overall great to stay, would definitely come back!

Dario is extremely kind! The apartment is very good, with everything we need for our stay! We needed to arrive early and he moved up our check-in. The apartment is close to all of Palermo and the subway, so we were able to do everything on foot and by public transport.

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The stay was very good, we had a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice movement in the center.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

It's really a beautiful apartment, new, modern, safe. It complies with everything published. 100% satisfied. Gustavo and Fabi have been really kind and attentive, responding instantly to any situation. Very clear and agile check in and check out. The peace of mind of being able to leave the car in the garage (very comfortable and safe too) is unparalleled. The location is perfect, it is easy to get to any point in the city thanks to all the transport connections that can be made. I will definitely consider it my first choice when I travel to Buenos Aires again.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
