Place that invites you to rest, with the possibility of carrying out nautical and sports activities. Pets are allowed, except february, march & april due to pine processionary.

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Welcome to Las Gemelas, a charming country house located in a quiet village with a quarry tradition, just 12 minutes from Ávila. The house is spacious, bright and cozy, designed so that you can disconnect from stress and enjoy the tranquility of the environment. The village has bars, a butcher shop, bakery and pharmacy, so you will have everything you need at hand without giving up the peace of a rural environment.
