Responsive host, friendly and helpful staff. House in excellent condition. Not very far from the city centre, and therefore combination of accessible and quiet. However, not within walking distance so ensure you either have Grab installed or get the number of one of the taxi drivers lingering along the Main Street.

The Villa was spacious, private and very clean. It came with breakfast included and prepared on site which was very helpful, delicious and indulgent. The pool and yard were also very nice. Alesandro always responded very quickly. Not close to anything so you need a driver was the only negative.

Irineus' house is a good option if you want to be quiet outside the busy streets of Labuan Bajo. The house consists of the private part, which is the ground floor, and the upper floor, where you will find a bathroom with shower, a large living area with sofas and a table and chairs, and two double bedrooms. Alvin was very kind and helpful, picking us up and dropping us off to and from the airport! The place itself is very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities prepared by the housekeeper at the kitchen. Alvin also gave us great recommendations on restaurants and souvenir hotspots to check out. Thank you so much Alvin for the hospitality! Would definitely recommend 🫡

The villa is cozy, better than in the photos, with a direct view of the sea. There is also a deck that has an even clearer and beautiful view of the coastline. The private beach is pristine but reaching it requires a bit of a trek downhill that may be challenging for older or less active people. The surrounding area is peaceful and makes for a pleasant walk. There is one restaurant within walking distance but Grab bike is necessary to reach town. During my stay, even though we did not get to meet Yohanes, there were staff staying on the grounds whom we could speak to if we had any questions. They were very polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Having a good breakfast served at the villa was also very convenient. We also paid additional for dinner prepared by the staff which was delicious. If you're a light sleeper do note that one of the rooms has a zinc roof which makes it quite noisy. However, overall my family and I had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the villa.

The place is situated in the center, but away from road, in a big garden, so it's really quite. The room was spacious and really nice. The beds were great and there was even a table where you could eat. And outside a nice terrace. But the best was Namita, the sister of Rezka. Her English was perfect and she was ever so helpful with information about the town, taxies and other things. We had some nice conversations and she was funny as well. So we really enjoyed our stay at Namira's. Thank you!! And ofcourse we recommend this place highly!!

What can I say, but simply beautiful place, location, and warm friendly family & friends. Perfect location for our Komodo tour, and further boat trip to an uninhabited island for a picnic, and an onward trip to a coral sanctuary. Yohannes & his family time were amazing throughout, responding quickly, helping g us to find our way around. Yohannes arranged a massage for us both, by visually impaired people, which proved to be excellent. Thank you to all.
