Totul perfect. Recomand ! Liniste, intimitate, dotari moderne, confort, bun gust si curatenie la superlativ. Faptul ca e casa cu curte si gradina ,e un plus, am putut parca in curte, deci problema locului de parcare, pentru un oras cu trafic intens, cum e Clujul, dispare. Am avut o experienta foarte placuta, cu o gazda foarte amabila. Cu siguranta, voi reveni.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Nachts ruhig. Die Betten waren himmlisch. Ivo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt und wir hatten viele Tipps von ihm bekommen. Leider konnten wir den Garten nicht benutzen, weil tagsüber die Straße ziemlich befahren war.

Everything was great, the apartment was modern and spotless, the host was friendly and responsive. We were able to park right in front of the property's gate which was awesome.

Am petrecut câteva zile minunate în această casă și nu putem decât să o recomandăm cu drag! Casa este frumoasă, spațioasă și foarte bine întreținută. Bucătăria este complet echipată, perfectă pentru a pregăti mese în familie atunci când nu dorești să ieși. Paturile sunt extrem de confortabile și încăpătoare, asigurând un somn odihnitor. Curtea din spate a fost un adevărat paradis pentru fetița noastră de 4 ani – trambulină, tobogan și o mulțime de jucării care au transformat fiecare zi într-o aventură. Baile sunt curate, moderne și bine dotate, iar livingul este primitor și suficient de spațios pentru momente relaxante în compania celor dragi. Toate electrocasnicele sunt funcționale, inclusiv mașina de spălat, ceea ce face șederea foarte comodă, mai ales pentru familiile cu copii. Recomand cu încredere această casă, în special familiilor care își doresc un loc confortabil, primitor și adaptat nevoilor celor mici – un adevărat „acasă” departe de casă!

Would 100% recommend. Tudor and Iulia were welcoming and friendly. The place is as described by Tudor and the location is great.

A fantastic place to host My family and I We stayed here for almost two weeks while we were visiting. This is a wonderful Airbnb with everything that made my stay out comfortable and relaxing. The house and the property are Absolutely beautiful, safe, very clean and modern. Once we go back to the area, we will definitely go back to reserve this. The host was very attentive and Servant.

O locație f potrivită pentru a sta mai multe zile, într-o zonă care-ți oferă apropierea de un părculeț pentru copii mici și magazine de tot felul. În plus, se agunge foarte repede în centru cu mijloacele de transport în comun sau cu taxi.

Je ne suis rester qu’une très courte nuit mais c’était génial. Proche de commerce pour manger et faire courses idéal pour recharger les batteries.

我在罗马尼亚不止入住过一间房子，但是这个房子令我很惊喜的是，首先窗外景色非常美丽，有助于放松心情。其次，房东也非常贴心，因为我发现了适用我的转换插头，还准备了筷子，让我感到非常温暖。房东也特别热情地向我介绍周围好的餐厅和景色。另外，社区的健身房便宜且好用。在这里的一个月整体让我感觉很舒适，一切都非常好。下次再来Cluj我会考虑再次选这个房子。😊

I am very pleased that I chose this location. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures very clean , provides coffee and water , ambience lights and some other services if you ask for . I will definitely book it again if it’s necessary. The only thing that could be an inconvenience for some of people is that the rooms are penetrated by the natural light . The rest is just excellence 👌🏼 Thank you for making my staying în Cluj so lovely and easy !

Luiza and Calin were very friendly and helpful. Very fast to respond and assist with anything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment actually is. Very neat and clean with an awesome view!! We highly recommend their stay!

The apartment really looks like as the pictures are shown. It's a quiet neighborhood and really clean. There is a lot to do in Cluj-Napoca and the guide from the host helped me a lot to see the beautiful city and find really nice places to eat. Roxana reacts really fast when you have any questions and she is very open and clear in communication. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay.

Un grazioso apparentemente nel cuore di Cluj che per quanto le dimensioni siano contentate, l’appartamento sfrutta a pieno tutte le sue potenzialità. La vista è tra le più belle e la posizione al terzo pieno la rende un posto arieggiato anche per le giornate più calde. Più che consigliata

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The underground parking was very convenient. The location was excellent – close to Cluj Arena(city center) and the Somes river promenade, which is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Un apartament extrem de frumos, cu o priveliște extraordinară. Utilat cu tot ce e nevoie pentru o ședere care sa te facă sa te simți ca acasă. Voi reveni cu siguranță!

What a welcoming apartment and host! It’s in a very quiet area, with a big balcony and a lovely view. It was very clean, pleasantly decorated. Andreea welcomed us when we arrived and took us to the apartment. The underground parking is easy to access, Andreea sent us very detailed instructions on how to get there, find parking and check in. The mall and supermarket are within walking distance. The area is between the two lakes and parks, so if you’d like to take a stroll, those are lovely options. It was perfect for a three night stay. Highly recommended!

Vreau să vă mulțumim pentru ospitalitate, ne-am simțit ca și acasă. O locuință foarte frumoasa și bine îngrijită, ceea ce ne-a plăcut cel mai mult a fost terasa. Ps: patul foarte confortabil

I liked the apartment. It is well-equipped and has a balcony. The bed is comfortable (and not too soft) and the bathroom provides everything one needs. (Storage surface is always an issue, from my point of view, but this is the same everywhere (;). Generally, the furniture and equipment seem to be quite new. The Wifi connection is.... ok. (If you need broader bandwidth, you should probably double-check.) The neighbourhood is quiet and one can walk to the city centre in 20-30 minutes. Of course, Uber and Bolt are also never too far away. (During my short stay I didn't try the other means of public transport). I enjoyed my stay.

Ne-am simtit minunat in apartamentul cozy al Ilincai! Arata exact ca in poze, as spune chiar mai bine in realitate, foarte curat si bine organizat, ne-am simtit ca acasa de indata ce am intrat. Ilinca este foarte draguta si prompta, ghidul oferit de ea legat de check-in si check-out ne-a fost de mare ajutor pentru a pastra locul exact asa cum l-am gasit si nu numai. Cu siguranta vom mai alege locul Ilincai pentru viitoarele vizite la Cluj! 10/10
